‘Waste Wizard’ significantly reduces waste and saves money

The customer was generating waste effluent from a parts cleaning tank used to both clean and rinse dye from parts. Before installing the ‘Waste Wizard’ system, the waste from the cleaning tank was discarded into drums every week for processing. The customer was incurring considerable costs to operate this parts washer including chemicals, waste disposal and maintenance costs. Taking less than 15 minutes to install we fitted a ‘Waste Wizard’ system on the tank which increased the bath life solution eight-fold (from one to eight weeks). The customer also significantly reduced his maintenance, waste disposal and cleaner costs. The ‘Waste Wizard’ system proved to be a reliable, self-cleaning separation system that improved and maintained the parts washer solution bath quality and increased the overall productivity of the process.
