The Agisonic is a robust ultrasonic cleaning machine with a pneumatically operated lift/lower platform for carrying parts or baskets weighing up to 230kgs. Ideal for automotive, aerospace, medical and general industrial applications these systems can be found operating in the harshest industrial environments or in a medical clean room.

Available in 3 standard sizes complete with digitally controlled particle filtration and oil skimming and removal, each system incorporates an air powered agitation platform that agitates parts with a 150mm stroke up to 15 times per minute.
The powerful, multipurpose and robust AgiSonic is designed for heavy duty parts washing particularly where wash, rinse, rust inhibition, and/or drying are needed. Completely self-contained and modular in design, the AgiSonic is well adapted to multi tank ultrasonic cleaning.

An engine rebuild company procured 3 Agisonic machines for the washing of cylinder blocks and heads during engine reconditioning. Each machine was fitted with 6Kw of submersible transducers to wash very heavily contamination parts needing immediate cleaning following engine strip down. Oil skimming and particle filtration were included to give extended wash solution life and the machines were fitted with automatic lids for energy saving and to enhance the performance of the Lip extraction system.
