GM Series Component Cleaning Machine

The Ultrasonic GM range of machines is renowned for their high performance cleaning action complete with particle filtration and oil skimming as standard features. Ideal for cell type manufacturing and rework of auto parts such as engine re-build work.

To save manually lifting baskets in and out of the GM3523 we now have the new Auto version. This allows parts to be placed on the platform or parts in baskets, close the interlocked door, press start and the parts lower into the ultrasonic bath, when the machine times out the surface skimming runs for a programmed period then the platform rises and lets the components drain.

To integrate the GM3523 into a production line, the unit can be used with an existing conveyor line so baskets of parts can be cleaned then moved onto another process. Secondly the unit can be supplied with a three metre section of conveyor so you can shuttle two baskets (one being unloaded and loaded while the other basket is in the cleaning process).

One of our automotive clients, a tier one company, selected a GM-3523 model to overcome gauging problems during the machining process. Through cleaning they were able to reduce the fail rate of components initially thought to be outside of acceptable tolerances.
