One of the largest specialist Aerospace fastener manufacturer’s in the World chose the Quadrant Coater for applying a special protective coating, developed for titanium alloy and corrosion resistant steel fasteners, to inhibit structural corrosion. The company reports achieving “very significant” time savings and in addition, because the machine is automated, once loaded it requires no supervision enabling the operator to undertake other tasks during the coating cycle.

The programmable Quadrant Coater ensures consistent and repeatable quality finishes through its patented belt loop system. This provides uniform coating of the smallest and most intricate shaped components including threaded fasteners, rubber seals and turbine blades giving a consistent quality finish with a very high percentage of spray material usage.
